Acknowledgments The NCI Office of Science Planning and Assessment (OSPA) provides leadership and guidance for plan development from conceptualization to production. OSPA staff work alongside NCI leaders and the Office of Budget and Financial Management for plan and budget development and with the Office of Communications for document production and distribution.
